
Andrew T. McDonald
Mr. McDonald is an experienced trial attorney
and an associate with the firm. He was born
in Norfolk, Virginia. He
graduated from Mary Washington College
with a B.S. in 1995 and from Seton Hall Law
School with a J.D. in 1999. While at Seton Hall
Law School, Mr. McDonald was awarded a
prestigious internship with the Enforcement
Division of the New York Stock Exchange. Mr.
McDonald was admitted to the New Jersey
Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of New
Jersey in 2000. From 1999 to 2000, he served
as the law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence
M. Lawson, the Assignment Judge in the
Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth
County. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. McDonald
worked for the Office of the Governor and
served as Assistant Counsel to the Governor
of New Jersey. From 2002 to 2006, Mr.
McDonald worked at Hill Wallack in Princeton,
where he provided legal services to various
private clients, corporations, community
associations and public entities. From 2006
to October 2008, he worked at Lomurro,
Davison, Eastman & Munoz in Freehold,
where he handled complex civil and criminal
litigation matters.
Currently, Mr. McDonald handles defense
matters involving commercial and corporate
litigation, product liability, employment law,
automobile negligence, employer liability,
premises liability, subrogation and coverage. As
a former Municipal Prosecutor, Mr. McDonald
also handles D.W.I and criminal matters. In
addition to handling civil litigation and criminal
defense matters, Mr. McDonald represents
numerous Community Associations and
assists clients in finding solutions for virtually
every type of legal issue that may arise for
such entities.
Mr. McDonald is an active member of the
New Jersey Chapter of the Community
Associations Institute, the American Bar
Association, the New Jersey Bar Association
and the Monmouth Bar Association.
