
David M. Molnar
Mr.
Molnar was born in Trenton, New Jersey. He
graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University in 1983 with
a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He was also
a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor
Fraternity, IOTA Delta Chapter. He graduated from Villanova
University School of Law in 1986 with a J.D. Degree and earned
distinction in his senior year by being a finalist in the school's
Reimel Moot Court Competition. Mr.
Molnar was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey in 1986, as well as
being admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania in 1986. He
is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1986; admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania in 1988; and, admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals
for the Third Circuit in 1989. Since
1986, Mr. Molnar has concentrated his experience in civil trial
litigation involving complex products liability, construction
accident, premises liability, and commercial and personal
automobile liability matters. He also has significant
experience with the handling of coverage and subrogation
claims. He is frequently selected to serve as an arbitrator
in various civil courts in New Jersey. Over the years, Mr.
Molnar has presented and argued extensively before the appellate
and Supreme Courts in New Jersey, and has had reported decisions
recorded before both. He has practiced throughout both
states representing and defending the interests of major Fortune
500 companies in personal injury suits. A partial list of
some of these companies include IBM, Armstrong, GAF, Union
Carbide, Pfizer and Certainteed. He currently continues to
concentrate his practice on handling the defense of complex
personal injury matters for corporations and companies throughout
the state.
