Stanziola
Mr. Stanziola is an associate with the firm.
He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Mr.
Stanziola graduated from Rutgers College
with a B.A. in 1990. He graduated from
Rutgers Law School in 1998. He is admitted
to the New Jersey Bar and U.S. District Court,
District of New Jersey.
From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Stanziola worked as
an associate for Golden, Rothschild, Spagnola
and Lundell in Bridgewater, New Jersey, where
he defended public entities and police officers.
From 1999 to 2000, he was an associate
with Radom & Wetter in Bridgewater, New
Jersey where he defended small and midsized
corporations and condominium board
of directors in various areas. From 2000 to
2006, Mr. Stanziola worked as the Manager,
Standards Intellectual Property at the IEEE
in Piscataway, New Jersey. Mr. Stanziola then
worked at Picillo Caruso O’Toole in Fairfield,
New Jersey where he was an associate in the
labor law, construction defect and toxic tort
departments.
Mr. Stanziola handles all aspects of insurance
defense claims including, construction defect,
premises liability and commercial litigation.
