Mr. Kayal is partner with the firm. He was born in Newark, New Jersey. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in 1995. He graduated from Quinnipiac College School of Law with a J.D. in 1999. Mr. Kayal was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1999 and admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey in 1999.

Mr. Kayal has served as an assistant municipal prosecutor in Woodbridge, Carteret, and Metuchen. As a result of his substantial municipal court experience, he has successfully defended clients in criminal cases and traffic offenses, including numerous DWIs. Mr. Kayal also handles all matters involving insurance defense, including insurance coverage, product liability, automobile negligence, premises, commercial litigation, bad faith and UM/UIM claims. Mr. Kayal also handles all criminal defense matters in Municipal Court and Superior Court.

The New Jersey Supreme Court has recognized Darren Kayal as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a qualification held by less than 2% of the attorneys in New Jersey.
