Mr. Kayal is partner with the firm. Mr. Kayal was admitted to the New Jersey bar and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey in 1999.

Mr. Kayal served as an assistant municipal prosecutor in several municipalities. As a result of his substantial municipal court experience, he has successfully defended clients in criminal cases and traffic offenses, including numerous DWIs. Mr. Kayal also handles all matters involving insurance defense, insurance coverage, product liability, automobile negligence, premises, commercial litigation, bad faith and UM/UIM claims.  Mr. has tried cases to verdict in most vicinages in New Jersey and in U.S. District Court. 

The New Jersey Supreme Court has recognized Darren Kayal as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a qualification held by less than 2% of the attorneys in New Jersey.
